Sunshine Coast Girls Rugby Celebration!!

On Wednesday night we were fortunate enough to hold our Sunshine Coast Girls 10's Finals Night at Sunshine Coast Stadium. Under a revised structure, Semi Finals and Grand Finals were held on the same evening resulting in 24 teams being involved across the night. It truly was a fantastic celebration of schoolgirl rugby and the quality of the gameplay and the spirit shown on field was simply amazing. 

All teams involved are to be congratulated for their efforts this season; the growth of this competition has been massive and the SCSSRU Committee is eager to continue to go bigger and better in 2022.

A huge thanks to all those who have assisted in making our season such a success: Assist First Aid, Sunshine Coast Referees Association, our venue providers (Sunshine Coast Stadium, Nambour Rugby Club, Noosa Rugby Club, Gympie Junior Rugby League, Brothers Rugby Club, Siena College, Sunshine Coast Grammar School and Matthew Flinders Anglican College), parents, supports, coaches, rugby coordinators and above all, the players.
